Trang này hướng dẫn cách xóa dữ liệu mà dịch vụ ITCOM Social Connect của Công ty Cổ phần ITCOM lưu trữ khi quản trị viên một website kết nối website đó với Facebook, LinkedIn hoặc Google Business Profile. Loại dữ liệu và mục đích sử dụng được nêu tại mục Dịch vụ ITCOM Social Connect trong Chính sách bảo mật. English version below.
Dữ liệu được xóa
Khi yêu cầu xóa được thực hiện, chúng tôi xóa khỏi hệ thống ITCOM Social Connect toàn bộ dữ liệu gắn với tài khoản mạng xã hội của bạn, gồm:
- Mã định danh, tên và địa chỉ email của tài khoản Facebook, LinkedIn hoặc Google.
- Danh sách Facebook Page, LinkedIn Company Page hoặc địa điểm Google Business Profile đã kết nối.
- Mã truy cập (access token) và mã làm mới (refresh token) do nền tảng cấp.
- Lịch sử đăng bài lưu trong ITCOM Social Connect gắn với tài khoản đó.
Cách 1: Ngắt kết nối trong trang quản trị website
Đăng nhập trang quản trị website, mở mục kết nối mạng xã hội và bấm Ngắt kết nối tại tài khoản cần gỡ. ITCOM Social Connect ngừng sử dụng mã truy cập ngay lập tức và xóa dữ liệu liên quan trong vòng 30 ngày.
Cách 2: Thu hồi quyền trực tiếp trên nền tảng
- Facebook: vào Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư > Cài đặt > Tiện ích tích hợp doanh nghiệp (Business integrations), chọn ITCOM Social Connect và bấm Gỡ.
- LinkedIn: vào Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services, chọn ITCOM Social Connect và bấm Remove.
- Google: truy cập myaccount.google.com/connections, chọn ITCOM Social Connect và xóa kết nối.
Sau khi bạn thu hồi quyền, ITCOM Social Connect không còn truy cập được tài khoản của bạn. Dữ liệu đã lưu được xóa trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi hệ thống ghi nhận việc thu hồi.
Cách 3: Gửi yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu cho ITCOM
Gửi email tới [email protected] với tiêu đề Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu ITCOM Social Connect và cho biết:
- Website đã kết nối.
- Nền tảng cần xóa dữ liệu (Facebook, LinkedIn hoặc Google Business Profile).
- Tên tài khoản, Trang hoặc địa điểm liên quan.
Chúng tôi có thể đề nghị bạn xác minh quyền quản lý tài khoản trước khi xử lý. Yêu cầu được hoàn tất trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi nhận được và chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận kết quả qua email.
Lưu ý
- Bài viết đã đăng lên Facebook, LinkedIn hoặc Google Business Profile thuộc về tài khoản của bạn trên nền tảng đó và không bị xóa theo yêu cầu này. Bạn có thể xóa các bài viết đó trực tiếp trên nền tảng.
- Nếu pháp luật yêu cầu lưu giữ một số thông tin, chúng tôi chỉ giữ phần tối thiểu cần thiết trong thời hạn luật định và không sử dụng cho mục đích khác.

ITCOM Social Connect Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to delete the data that ITCOM Social Connect, a service operated by ITCOM Joint Stock Company, stores when a website administrator connects a website to Facebook, LinkedIn or Google Business Profile. The data types and purposes are described in the ITCOM Social Connect section of our Privacy Policy.
Data that will be deleted
When a deletion is carried out, we remove from ITCOM Social Connect all data linked to your social account:
- The ID, name and email address of your Facebook, LinkedIn or Google account.
- The connected Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Company Pages or Google Business Profile locations.
- The access tokens and refresh tokens issued by the platform.
- The publishing history stored in ITCOM Social Connect for that account.
Option 1: Disconnect in your website admin
Sign in to your website admin, open the social connections section and click Disconnect next to the account. ITCOM Social Connect stops using the access token immediately and deletes the related data within 30 days.
Option 2: Revoke access on the platform
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, select ITCOM Social Connect and click Remove.
- LinkedIn: go to Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services, select ITCOM Social Connect and click Remove.
- Google: open myaccount.google.com/connections, select ITCOM Social Connect and delete the connection.
Once access is revoked, ITCOM Social Connect can no longer access your account. Stored data is deleted within 30 days after the revocation is recorded.
Option 3: Send us a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject ITCOM Social Connect data deletion request, stating the connected website, the platform and the account, Page or location concerned. We may ask you to verify that you manage the account. Requests are completed within 30 days of receipt and confirmed by email.
Notes
- Posts already published on Facebook, LinkedIn or Google Business Profile belong to your account on that platform and are not removed by this request. You can delete them directly on the platform.
- Where the law requires us to retain certain information, we keep only the minimum necessary for the statutory period and use it for no other purpose.
